Prophesying is Commanding the Elements
Prophecy is not playing word games or pretending to hear from the Lord so as to impress or intimidate others. For
although prophecy can be stating the Lord"s future truths as a warning to others, in the more stricter sense, it is
actual commanding the elements to obey the will of the prophet or prophetess.
This is why the Lord said to us all: Isa 45:11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me
of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.......
Did you catch it, we are being told by the Lord that we can ask Him concerning the future. He will tell us about
prophecy. And then He says that we are to -command- Him concerning the work of his hands. What is the work of
His hands, everything including Nature, including the elements. The Lord Jesus, is the Creator of All things and
because of this truth, All things are subject to Him and His Name if spoken in the Spirit in His Will. Nothing can
resist total obedience to Him. They have to obey His commands.
This is why the Red Sea had to literally part for Moses, because he commanded it to. (Exodus 14). This is why
Ezekiel was told to “Prophesy unto the wind. YES prophesy unto the wind, because the elements can hear
and must obey the LORD. Here’s the actual verses .
Ezekiel 37:9, 10 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind,
Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.
So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet,
an exceeding great army. (Cross reference with Joel 2, our End-Time Army for the Lord)
What, you must be saying to yourself…command the wind…YES that’s what the Lord told Ezekiel to do. But
wait a minute did not Jesus himself do this very same thing.
Mathew 8: 24-28 "And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with
the waves: but he was asleep. And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish. And
he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and
there was a great calm. Saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him."
Jesus commanded the seas and they had to obey Him. Yes, you say but we can"t do this. Maybe Not, maybe not
now or Yet, but isn’t this the power we need tohave if we are to do the great exploits as talked about Daniel 11.
Is not this what even John 1:12 is getting at -- But as many as received Him to them gave He the POWER to
become the Sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name -- John 1: 12
For doesn't it also say in the immutable Word of God. If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto
this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
Who said this in Mathew 17:20 -- you guessed it the Word of GOD, JESUS. Was He exaggerating ? Of course not,
it’s the simple truth if we have total faith in Him and His Word and His POWER and don"t waver.
So what is prophecy ? Prophecy is much more than mere words but WORDS of POWER from the CREATOR of
ALL THINGS. We can command the elements !!

PS) I certainly can't at this point in time, but at least I know its possible in time and with absolute faith. And yet,
Jesus said, All things are possible to him that believeth.
