We have to hate the World
If you don't hate this present world, then you probably aren't truly a Christian. If you are accepted by it and a success in it, then
you probably aren't one of the Lord's sheep. If you don't see how absolutely unfair the world's judgmennt is, then you probably
aren't looking for the Lord's justice. If you aren't appalled by the governments of this world and their wars then you probably
aren't a citizen of the Lord's heavenlu kingdom.
For Jesus wasn't exaggerrating when He said...If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of
the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.(John 15: 19) So the Lord tells us that if we are
His, we won't be connected to this world and its systems. They won't love us, but hate us literally and persecute us no end.
(John 15:20) Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they
will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. So if we aren't persceuted then we probably aren't
the Lord's or aren't doing his work. And if they aren't calling us rebels and devils, then we probably aren't following the Lord
and aren't real Christians.
Why because .... (Mathew 10: 25) If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of
his household ? For remember they called Jesus, a devil, so if we follow Him, sometime, some place in the future we can expect
to be called devils as well .... for it is written and it will happen to us, even if it hasn;t happenned yet. For it's a promise of the
LORD just like all his other promises, it has to happen to us if we follow the Lord. We won't be called 'good sweet loving
Christians' but just the opposite. (SEE We shall be called devils )
Therefore if we love the world, and are accepted by the world and see nothing wrong with the world, then in truth we must not be
of the Lord but of the world. And then the Lord can't deliever us out of the world spiritually or physically because we are
attached to it, aligned to it and dedicated to it.
But if we love the Lord's word, it separates us from the world ...
I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated
them, because they are not of the world, even as I am
not of the world.
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the
world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Please don't love the world ...... I am more convinced than ever that the Lord's people are cast offs and rejects and not nice little
sweet, nothing ever happens to them types. The Lord's people have emotions and have had experiences, whether good and bad,
they have faced evil before and know what it is and hate it with all their strength. They hate hypocracy and have learned
courage and bravery and are NOT whimps. They may be in jail, they may be in groups fighting for different causes, they may be
recluses in communes, they may be even be in mental hospitals, but they aren't usually normal church, synagogue, mosque types.
They are real people that just want freedom for them and others and are willing to pay the price. They have guts and will do what
has to do done. They aren't word manipulators and on-line scribes and pharisees, but honest to goodness brethren that have heart
and soul for others and have been through the trials and tribulations and pain and sorrow so that they appreciate freedom and
LOVE. They are willing to forsake their lives for Jesus, and willing to lay down their lives for others.
They are few, very, very few but they are out there. And they will humble us no end by their actions and sincerity and love, but it
is our job to find them where ever they are and give them the Lord's words. Most surely already hate the world, they don't have to
be taught that, they already have experienced its vile, and want no part of this world's evil systems. The Lord's children are NOT
part of this world, they hate it.
Let's pray we don't love this present world !!
