Our End-Time Priest ... Eliakim ??
Although it is much more difficult to make concrete interpretations concerning our High Priest in the End-Time,
nevertheless allow me to give you the verses Joy gave me concerning this. Our Priest has a job of taking care of the
Tabernacle in the wilderness (SEE Ark and Tabernacle)....and hence he should be from the tribe of Levite. He is one
of the two witnesses so well described in both Revelation 11 and Zech 4 (SEE Our Two Prophets). For it's easy to
understand that we have a King David who leads us in the End-Time because it is written in so many places but our
Priest is a little more mysterious. Anyway the verses from Isaiah are...... and my comments will be in ..... ( )
Isaiah 22:20 And it shall come to pass in that day, (in the End-Time) that I will call my servant Eliakim the son of
Hilkiah: (Hilkiah was a priest as well as his son Eliakim, And I (the Lord) will clothe him with thy robe, and
strengthen him with thy girdle, and I will commit thy government into his hand: and he shall be a father to the
inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to the house of Judah. And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder;
so he shall open, and none shall shut, and he shall shut and none shall open. (This being a perfect parallel of what
the angel showed John, and so surely relates to the End-Time, when we shall have a High Priest literally clothed in
the vestures just as in the Old Testament, and our High Preist shall have literal POWER ... see also Hosea 3 )
Revelation 3:7-10 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is
true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; I
know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength,
and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my Name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which
say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, (Compare
Isaiah 60) and to know that I have loved thee. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee
from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (Again the
hour of temptation is when the world shall have to choose between the Lord and the Anti-Christ and His Mark)
Rev 3:11-13 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. Him that
overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, (Our two witnesses, our two prophets are described as
the two pillars of the temple of the End. one is called Boaz and the other Joachim. One our King, the other our High
Priest) and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my
God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new
name. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches

O.K. so it appears the name Eliakim shall be connected to our Priest in the End-Time or there shall be some kind of
connection with Eliakim, whose name was later changed to Joachim later on when he became king. But this is very
close to the spelling of Joachin, one of the pillars of the Temple. For notice in ...
1Kings 7:21 "And he set up the pillars in the porch of the temple: and he set up the right pillar, and called the
name thereof Jachin: and he set up the left pillar, and called the name thereof Boaz.
Boaz was a descendant of King David of Old and he married Ruth, who was in Jesus lineage, who was the King of
Kings So Boaz is paralleled with David, and that pillar refers to Our King. But Jachin the left pillar, will not be of
the tribe of Judah as is our King but a Levite maybe from the Tribe of Benjamin. For Judah and Benjamin remained
faithful to the Lord, even though the Ten tribes of the North split and were sacttered. (SEE Ten Missing Tribes)
The left hand pillar is called Jachin, close to name Joackim, meaning they may be two different spellings of the
same name. Hmmmmm .....
And Eliakim the previous name of Joachim, is also very close to the name of Elijah and Elias, and Elisha. And
Elijah's spirit shall return and his cloke shall reside with our prophets before the coming of the Lord. (SEE Gematria
of Elijah) So maybe we are close to finding out our End-Time Priest's name and even the number of his name.
Malachi 4:5-6 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the
LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I
come and smite the earth with a curse.
So there is another one of his ministries to bind together all generations in the Lord's Encampment, so that there are
no divisions, and that we are One in the Lord.
