The 'Little Horn' in prophecy refers to the Anti-Christ, he leads the Eighth World Government, which formed from the Ten
Nations of the End Time Government that signed the Peace Covenant.. So lets go over just some of the verses which show this
exactly. But as a background, Read and Study the previous..7 World Governments
Daniel 7
Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea. And
four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another. The first was like a lion, (Babylon) and had eagle's wings: I
beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a
man's heart was given to it. And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear (MedoPersia), and it raised up itself on one side,
and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh. After this I
beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, (Greece) which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four
heads; and dominion was given to it.
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, (Rome) dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had
great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the
beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. (10 Nation End Time Government of the Covenant)
I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another LITTLE HORN before whom there were 'three' of the
first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great
things. (Referriing to the AC)
Revelation 17
9And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. (Egypt,
Assyria, Babylon, MedoPersia, Greece, Rome, and 10 Covenant Nations) And there are seven kings: five are fallen, (at the
time of John writing Revelation....Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, MedoPersia, and Greece) and one is, (The Roman Empire, was
ruling at the time of Christ and John) and the other is not yet come; (10 Covenant End Time Nation) and when he cometh, he
must continue a short space. (A few years)
And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, (The 8th Anti-Christ Government was part of the
10 Covenant Nation) and goeth into perdition. (and goes into HELL) And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings,
which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. (Ten horns are ten kings are ten
nations that receive power for one hour with the beast, the SEVENTH WORLD GOVERNMENT) These have one mind, and
shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (10 nations that are reduced down to 7 nations because three of them have
been defeated by the BEAST, the Anti-Christ) These (7 that have joined the AC Beast then join him as they) ... shall make war
with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are
called, and chosen, and faithful. (War is declared upon us by the AC and we flee into the wilderness)
Daniel 7
17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. (Medo-Persia Greece, Rome, 10
Nation ) But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.
(During Millenium and onward into Eternity)
Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, (10 Nation Kingdom that sign Covenant) which was diverse from all the
others, (not an extension of the Roman Empire) exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which
devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet; And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other
which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn (8th World Kingdom) that had eyes, and a mouth that spake
very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows. I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and
prevailed against them; (Like Revelation 11, 12, 13 when AC declares war against us, and we the woman flee into the
wilderness)
Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints
possessed the kingdom.
Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall
devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that
shall arise: (Wait for the Covenant Signing) and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and
he shall subdue three kings. (The AC is not one of the ten kings that sign the Covenant. He comes afterwards and is
against the Covenant and breaks the Covenant by starting a war against the WHORE. He destorys Babylon the
Whore and her two fornicating nations, who can not stop the nuclear force of the Anti-Christ. He shall subdue or
destroy three of the ten, so that the remaining seven are so petrified, they say ' Who can fight the Beast' and they
give all their power to the Russian Beast. Thus forming the 8th world government or kingdom from the short lived
7th World Government.)
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change
times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. (Time equals one year,
times 2 years, dividing of times, is half a year making exactly 1260 days, or 42 months or three and a half years, the repeated
exact time frame of the Great Tribulation. See and study Daniel TimeLine )
But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end. And the kingdom
and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most
High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.. (JESUS... as His Kingdom is
FOREVER)

One of the major things this means, is that the Anti-Christ does not make the Covenant, as he comes afterwards and is diverse
from the Ten. For he is against the Covenant, and starts a nuclear war with the Whore (US, Britan, and France?). And
obviously wins this war of one hour of fire, so that the seven remaining heads or countries are so fearful and awe struck, they
surrender to his power and might, so that he is able to proceed to israel and take the 3rd temple intact as his World
Headquarters, and then the GREAT TRIBULATION begins...
