Forget your 'Feminine Side'
Forget developing your feminine side if you are a male and forget developing your male side if you are female. Just be yourself,
and don't listen to people that suggest you are divided ..... just develop the true qualities of a real Christian by choice and the
GRACE of GOD 'For in Christ Jesus, there is neither male nor female'. (Galatians 3: 28)
For real qualities are not gender specific. No quality or personality type is male or female. No value or trait is dominant in all
males or females, that's stereotyping and is a product of the thinking that the sexes are different. But the truth is, THAT we are
EQUAL. (SEE Equality not Patriarchy ) Our differences are minor and merely complimentary, as the Lord wanted us to join
together as ONE. Our extrernal and internal biological differences just give us the flavour and excitment of 'Viva La Difference'
but we are not fundamentally different as the heathen keep suggesting.
The Lord looks at our hearts not our gender. 'But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height
of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance,
but the LORD looketh on the heart' (I Samuel 16:7).. So if people say to us guys we should develop our nurturing instinct, agree
with them. But don't agree with them if they consider that nurturing of our children as a female quality, because it isn't necessarily
so.
Isaiah 49:15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they
may forget, yet will I not forget thee.
The Lord doesn't forget, real Christians don't forget, but a woman may forget her offspring, or a father may forget taking care of
his children.
And conversely if women are told to be strong... and devlop your strength women, agree with them if they are talking about
spiritual strength, but physically you will never be as strong as men because of testerone running through the viens of men. It may
give them more physical strength, but the Lord judges us according to our inner strength, and in that realm a woman can definitely
be as strong or stronger than any man. For again when it comes to courage, it is not a male quality, but something we have to
develop by the courage of our convictions in doing not just thinking. Courage is not gender specific.
Our gender does not automatically make us anything. It is all choice. Our characters are not predetermined at birth when an X or
Y chromosome combines with another X chromosome. The real person we become is determined by whether we choose the Lord
and his values.So don't tell me, women are from Venus and men are from Mars. That's foolish worldly lies in my opinion. Why
because we were all created HERE on Earth, and we are basically the same when you get below the surface and the biology of our
differences. So inequality just isn't true, and is a manifestation of the false doctrine that there is a huge difference between men and
women.
So if the feminine extremists try to suggest that all women are angels, and all men are devils or pigs. recognize their error in
thinking and acting. Gender doesn't determine our heart and soul and eternal destination. Our choices do !!!
We are not a product of our heritage, and we are not merely a product of our environment or a product of our gender. If we are,
then we haven't stood up and made the choices we could in break out of the mold of our heritage, social group, or gender
stereotyping.
We become what we choose and hopefully what the Lord knew we could become. It can vary greatly and diversely through a
continuum of the human personality spectrum, but the qualities the Lord will be looking for are not gender related. Honesty,
strength, humility, etc etc. and especially Love are NOT gender specific, they are something we have to ask the Lord for and live
out... to obtain.
